The Westin St John 3 BR Pool Villas are the ultimate in Timeshare Units. They have over 2800 square feet of space, a private pool patio and their own private pool. They are "L" shaped and frame the pool nicely. There are two bedrooms upstairs.

THE INSIDE SCOOP----
They are located on level ground right across the street from the main resort. There are no water views from these units. The building numbers are 41, 42, 43 and 44. The units in buildings 41 and 42 were initially developed as the first phase. The second phase was unit 4415, and the third and final phase are the units in buildings 43 and 44. These Phase 3 units in buildings 43 and 44 (except 4415) were completed around 2005 and have a hot tub outside next to the pool, whereas the units in Phase I and II do not.
Floor plan notes: The floor plan above only applies to the units in buildings 41, 42, and unit 4415. The units in buildings 43 and 44 (except 4415) have a slightly different kitchen because they "squared off the 45 degree angle" near the pool. The phase III units also have two distinct bathrooms upstairs, whereas the earlier phases do not. Note that buildings 41, 42 and unit 4415 have been fully renovated as of June 2010.
All these villas got new roofs, windows and doors in 2011. Also the pools in buildings 41 and 42 were renovated in 2011.

ACCESS: Some renters who use wheelchairs, walkers, or scooters are curious about access to the 3BR Pool Villas. What follows is a list of how many steps are required to go up to get into the courtyard of the villas. All villas have zero steps unless listed.
4114 and 4115: 3 steps, 4211 and 4212: 3 steps, 4310: 9 steps, 4314 and 4315: 3 steps, 4410: 6 steps, 4411 and 4412: 2 steps.
